This is part of the new neon collection from Bourjois and when I saw them I couldn't wait to get my hands on some of the colours. Bleu Model is a turquoise shade which is perfect for the summer months.
It took two coats to achieve this opaque look but I think another coat would be needed for the perfect block colour effect.
