Next christmas wishlist!

This is my first proper post in ages! I finished work early so thought I'd do a quick post tonight and then hopefully tomorrow I'll schedule some posts as I have a rare day off!

So I popped onto Next's website and they had their christmas stuff on! I'm not too bothered about the new clothes as I don't need any but for christmas I'm asking for Next vouchers so I can get stuff for the house and I've seen loads of stuff I want. So here is my wishlist......

Lily Lolo mineral cosmetics

I'd heard a lot about Lily Lolo from reading other beauty blogs and everyone seemed to rave about how good the products so I thought I'd check out their website. Their products are free from parabens, synthetic dyes and fragrances, petrochemicals and other nasty things which means that their products are super good for your skin and body!

The worst thing about trying make-up, especially where you can't use a tester, is trying to find the right shade because the colours on the computer aren't necessarily the colours which the products are but Lily Lolo make it quite easy to choose. Their products are divided up into light, medium and dark shades and what's even better is that they have a description to go with each shade explaining which skin tone it would look great on.

But, it gets better! They also offer sample sizes of their foundation, powder, concealer, bronzers and blushers so you can try before making the big purchase and at 75p - £1.25 you can afford to buy quite a few!

I ♥ Next

To me Next always seemed the kind of shop women in their 30's went to to buy their clothes and it was quite expensive. I still had that perception until about 2 months ago when I borrowed a friends Next Directory.

So hers was the Home one but I liked sooo much stuff in it and it wasn't that expensive and I ended up with a few things.

Then another friend of mine gave me the whole Next directory which she didn't want and there was so much stuff I liked. I bought a few things (haul to follow soon) and I came up with a wishlist.

Stripe top - £18

I think this is so cute and is ideal when your coat doesn't have a hood.

I think I'm going to get the scarf/hood and the stripy top at the end of next month - fingers crossed they'll still be in stock!

Product Wishlist - Naked

This is another product wishlist off another brand which contains no nasty things: parabens, SLS, petrochemicals and phthalates. This brand is Naked!

I first became aware of Naked after seeing it in Boots but I never really took much notice of it until recently. I tried their hand wash and didn't really like it, it was far too gloopy for my liking but that could be because it isn't full of rubbish like the stuff mentioned above.

Naked do quite a wide range of products: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, handwash etc. So here's my list:

Product Wishlist - Organic Surge

I knew Organic Surge did skincare, I'm currently using their face wash (which is amazing, review in the pipeline), but I wasn't aware of the fact that they also did bodycare and haircare. So I tottered off onto their website and came up with a product wishlist!

Organic Surge products contain no nasty stuff for your skin to absorb: parabens, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), synthetic colours, smells, colours, chemical antioxidants or foaming agents. This means that they do contain loads of good stuff including pure plant extracts, organic essential oils and no products are derived from animals which means they're cruelty free!

If you haven't already tried one of their products I would highly recommend that you do! They are available from their website, Boots, Lloyds Pharmacy, Waitrose, John Lewis and a few more.

Product Wishlist

Wow! Recently there has been a quite a lot of new products launched and there's a few that I'm really excited to try once I've used up a lot of my stash at home!

1. First is Soap & Glory: Face, Soap and Clarity (£6). This is a 3 in 1 daily detox face wash for problem skin. One the S&G website it has 3 five star reviews so I defiantly going to give it a go.

2. Soap & Glory: Wish Upon A Jar 21 day collagen overhaul cream (£14). This helps to reduce wrinkles and fine lines and it also illuminates your skin making it look more youthful.

3. This is the last S&G product, I promise! This is Clear Here which is an oil control daily moisturiser and it is £8.

4. This is a choice between Boots Aqua Balance gel cleanser or......
Vichy's gel cleanser. Both are £10.
