Review - Spa Find Heavenly Hydration Mineralizing Body Lotion

I was sent a little pack of goodies from Spa Finder about a month or so ago and this little sample of body lotion was included. I have recently been trying to get back into the habit of using body lotion as my skin is crying out for a major moisture boost due to me being lazy and slacking on my bodycare routine.

This lotion was quite light in consistency which meant it sunk into the skin quickly and left it feeling silky soft. It also had a nice fresh scent but it wasn't overpowering and it actually finished off the whole bathing process really nicely! This is actually the best body lotion I've used in a long time and at £23.20 for a 400ml pump top bottle it's not too badly prices either!

Review - Spa Find Stabilizing Mud Mask

I was kindly sent some mini skincare samples from Spa Find and couldn't wait to try them but as I was in the middle of decorating and the whole house was turned upside down as a result I had to wait.

Well after all the stress of redecorating it was the perfect time to treat my skin to a lovely face mask so out came this little beauty.

A mud mask is generally and typically grey in colour but this one was a khaki green and it actually had a clay like scent to it. This little tube was just enough for one application and I left it to dry for around 10 minutes.

I rinsed it off with warm water and unlike other mud masks it was quite easy to remove. Sometimes they cake on and are a pain to remove but this one washed off with no bother at all. After my skin felt toned and refreshed and what's ever better is that it didn't break my skin out in spots. Winner!

The full sized 125ml pot costs £28.50 and I imagine it would last absolutely ages as this one application tube was 7ml so there is about 15 applications in the full sized pot.

Review - Spa Find Calmit Extract Intensive Anti-ageing Treatment

I was recently sent some products from Spa Find to try out including a box containing Calmit Extract Intensive Anti-Ageing Treatment facial oils.

Spa Find was a brand I hadn't heard of before but all of their products are free from parabens, aren't tested on animals, are hypo-allergenic and are natural! They also contain 7 minerals: magnesium, potassium and sodium, calcium, bromide, sulphur and iodine. But back to the Calmit Extracts. 

The box contains three 6ml vials of treatment and directions of use are: use one vial a week to massage in the face, neck and decollete or use all three as an intensive treatment when skin needs a boost.

Each vial contains Harmonised Water (not entirely sure what this is) and Padina Pavonica algae extract to help repair ageing skin and to stimulate collagen synthesis and even skin tone. They also contain Witch Hazel to rebalance skin and anti-oxidants to protect against further signs of ageing.

Ok so maybe calling these an oil was a little misleading of me as they are much more of a water based treatment. One word of warning is that the product comes out fast so be careful otherwise you'll end up with much more than you wanted!

I poured some of the treatment out into the palm of one of my hands and used the other to rub it into my face and neck, I generally poured enough out for two uses so I applied one treatment, waited for it to absorb and then applied the rest. 

I thought this product would leave my skin a bit tacky and greasy but it didn't. The treatment absorbed quickly into my skin and left it feeling hydrated. Ok so it maybe didn't leave my skin feeling like it had a major moisture boost but it did leave it feeling revitalised. 

I couldn't imagine using all one whole vial on my face never mind all three but I suppose if your skin was really dry after neglect or illness then I would recommend that you use these to give that moisture boost.
